  • Available throughout Italy, including islands.

  • Standard delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on destination.

International Shipping

  • Available to EU and non-EU countries via DHL or other logistics partners.

  • Delivery times vary from 3 to 10 business days (or more, for extra-EU destinations).

  • Customs restrictions may apply for food items in specific countries.

Local Delivery (Florence City Center)

  • Eco-friendly delivery service through local partners:

    • deluxy.it

  • Fast delivery within Florence city center and surrounding areas.

  • Availability depends on the areas served by the partners.

In-Store Pickup

  • Free of charge.

  • Pick up your order at:

  • The customer will receive a notification when the order is ready.


2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed:

  • Monday to Friday during business hours;

  • orders received after 12:00 noon may be processed the next business day;

  • orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, promotional sales, etc.), processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • package weight and volume;

  • destination;

  • delivery method;

  • any additional services requested (insurance, scheduled delivery, etc.).

The exact cost is calculated automatically during checkout before the order is confirmed.


4. Fresh, Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Products

For fresh, perishable, or temperature-sensitive food products:

  • appropriate packaging is used, including insulated or protective materials when necessary;

  • shipping may be limited to specific destinations;

  • during extreme weather conditions (very hot or cold), Pegna dal 1860 may temporarily suspend shipments to ensure product quality.


5. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation

At the time of shipment, the customer will receive:

  • a confirmation email,

  • a tracking number (if available),

  • a link to monitor delivery status.

For local deliveries, tracking may not be available, but updates will be provided by the local partner.


6. Delivery and Delivery Conditions

The courier will deliver to the address provided by the customer:

  • If the customer is absent, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a notice.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to issues attributable to the customer (incorrect address, prolonged absence), the order may be returned to the sender.

Perishable products that cannot be recovered cannot be refunded.


7. Checking Package Integrity

Upon delivery, we recommend that customers:

  • visually inspect the integrity of the package,

  • check for signs of tampering,

  • refuse delivery if the package appears significantly damaged.

Photographs of the package and damaged products are required.


8. International Shipping Restrictions

Certain products (alcohol, fresh foods, glass items) may:

  • not be exportable to specific countries,

  • be subject to customs duties or inspections,

  • experience delays due to border controls.

Any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


9. Failed Delivery

Failed delivery may occur for various reasons:

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • recipient not present,

  • package refused,

  • logistical issues.

If the package is returned to the sender:

  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer,

  • perishable products are non-refundable,

  • any refund (for non-perishable items) will be issued deducting handling and shipping costs.


10. Excluded or Restricted Areas

Pegna dal 1860 reserves the right to:

  • suspend shipping to unsupported areas,

  • limit deliveries to destinations with regulatory restrictions,

  • suspend shipments during holiday periods or due to logistical emergencies.
