Oltrenero Brut DOCG – Classic Method Sparkling Wine 100% Pinot Noir

Oltrenero Brut is a DOCG Classic Method sparkling wine from Oltrepò Pavese, Lombardy. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it has an alcohol content of 12% vol. and is bottled in 750 ml bottles, ready to be served at 8°C. The wine is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow color with golden highlights, and an elegant structure resulting from at least 30 months of aging on the lees in the bottle.

On the nose, notes of bread crust, mineral notes, and delicate elderflower emerge, while on the palate, the freshness and finesse typical of Pinot Noir are evident. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light dishes, seafood appetizers, and crostini with fresh cheeses. Store in a cool, dark place; refrigerate before drinking to enhance its effervescence.
