Ceretto Barolo DOCG 2019 Bussiaclerico – Red Wine

Ceretto's 2019 Barolo DOCG Bussiaclerico is a 100% Nebbiolo from the prestigious Bussiaclerico cru, located in the Langhe region of Piedmont. In the glass, it displays an intense ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights and a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, spices, and hints of licorice.

The grapes were harvested by hand; fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks with extended maceration on the skins, followed by 24 months of aging in oak barrels. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol., the wine offers elegant tannins, a firm structure, and a lingering finish, ideal with red meats, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses.
