On the nose, aromas of cherries, black cherries, blackcurrants, and blueberries emerge, enriched with tertiary notes of spice, coffee, and licorice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cement at 22-28°C, with maceration lasting 10-15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 15 months in barriques (25% new, 75% used) and a further 6 months in bottle.
